Notice Description

Workday was successfully introduced in DfE in June 2020 which implemented Payroll and Human Capital Management (HCM) functionality. Following a successful tendering exercise, Osmii Ltd have been awarded a contract to implement Workday Learning. Workday Learning is an important step in transforming learning in DfE. The system would streamline how we engage users with learning, leading to better business impact as more people are able to access relevant L&D. Through bringing data together, it would also significantly improve our ability to understand the impact which L&D activities have upon performance.
