In addition, the products will need regular maintenance drops (security patching, software upgrades, live service monitoring etc). For each of the products there is a requirement to ensure they continue to meet DWP Digital standards and legal requirements, this includes: - Service availability - Resolution of live incidents and problems - Accessibility - Keeping services secure - General Data Protection requirements The team will need to actively manage a backlog and product roadmap that continuously uses evidence to iterate the product ensuring the above standards are met and that product continue to meet user needs.
