This Direct Award is being offered under Panel RM 6204 Rail Legal Services Framework and the Panel Terms and Conditions shall apply. The call-off contract shall commence on the 7th February 2024 and the expiry date will be 6th February 2025 for a period of 12 months with the option to extend by a further 12 months. The total contract value will be up to PS345,000 excluding VAT. The contract term has been extended by 12 months and the new contract expiry date is the 6th February 2026.
