Ofcom has a requirement to understand the technology developments within the radio and satellite areas over the next 5-10 years. The objective of this study is to understand the technology developments within the radio and satellite areas over the next 5-10 years, with a view to understanding the types of broadband service performance that can be delivered on these wireless networks to improve existing network deployments and consequent service availability.
