Notice Description

To develop an innovation and change programme that will maximise the opportunities for the directorate to successfully manage service demands, achieve financial sustainability, whilst continuing to manage regulatory challenges and requirements, and the risks inherent in the Council's most challenging and complex areas of delivery. The programme will need to continue to drive the transformation required and strengthen the focus on innovation, to support and improve the delivery of highly complex and demanding services. It is envisaged that this programme will be over a two-year period. The programme will need to continue to give priority to tackling the PS7.6m in-year pressure.
