Notice Description

To source a technological solution that can support systems training at the point of user need and change the model of systems training from 'one-of' events and support materials to just in time on-line training and guidance. The focus will be on the key operational systems of Northgate, Agresso, iTrent (including myRecruit) as these system implementations as these systems are currently supported by an Learning & Development offer and will have the biggest impact on new operational colleagues. We would be looking for a provider that can support with the following requirements: - Ability to develop, add and amend any training in-house. - On-line training tool that supports the user as they work through a live system. - Be able to implement with little impact on current IT systems. - Customisable for the user, dependent on their level of need. - Reporting so that usage can be tracked and identify potential areas for process improvement.
