Quotations are sought for the provision of Goods/Services as detailed in the attached document 'Q212210704GG Courageous Conversations and Giving and Receiving Feedback Training Spec V1.0'\ 2. Quotations must be returned via the Trusts eProcurement portal: MultiQuote Supplier Gateway (http://suppliers.multiquote.com/).\ 3. Quotation Providers must complete the relevant fields on the attached offer document 'Q212210704GG CC_ Giving Feedback Training Offer Schedule v1.0' . The evaluation of prices will be based on a criteria listed below.\ 4. Quotation Providers must indicate what levels of discount would be applicable to their offer by completing the value discount table in the attached pricing schedule.\ 5. Quality standards;\ 5.1 Products must comply where appropriate with all current British standards or their European/International equivalent.\ 5.2 Proof of compliance with the above standards, including representative samples must be available upon request. \ 6.
