Storage Facilities for IT Equipment
Notice Description
KCHFT is one of the largest community health providers in England, serving a population of 1.4 million people across Kent, East Sussex and parts of London Boroughs in settings such as schools, people's homes, community clinics and community hospitals. KCHFT are looking for a provider to store KCHFT IT equipment, separately from other customers of the provider (in a designated area of the facility, such as crates), to take delivery of new stock from 3rd parties and collect items from KCHFT sites across Kent, Sussex and surrounding localities. Storage is to be in specialised removal storage containers (7ft x 8ft x 5ft (2.2m x 2.5m x 1.5m) - each holds approximately 250 cubic fee (7 cubic meters) approximately. KCHFT require the flexibility to increase/decrease the number of containers throughout the contract. If you are interested, please express your interest in this opportunity via the Pro Contract Procurement Portal (Proactis) and under opportunity number DN681921. Any correspondence to the Authority's email will be disregarded. Please login via the following link to express your interest if already registered, or the link will also allow you to register and the express your interest. https://procontract.due-north.com/ (https://procontract.due-north.com/) Once the expression of interest window has closed, tender documentation will be released to all suppliers expressing an interest. Please note that ITT documentation will not be released until the EOI window closes. The top three scoring bidders will be required to host a site visit on the morning of the 21 September 2023, which will be carried out by two members of the KCHFT IT Team who will have a number of questions which will be scored and evaluated and this score will be added to the quality/technical and financial scores.
