The works consist of the demolition of the existing buildings (garages), foundations and hard standings, and the design and construction of a series of small Light Industrial Units, comprising mainly single storey (max 1.5 storey) buildings and associated ancillary parking, refuse and cycle storage areas, together with landscaping and services. All the Tender Documents and correspondence must be submitted via the Councils e-tendering portal at: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/supplyhertfordshire/aspx/Home Please return your completed tender document via the Council's e-tendering portal no later than 12 noon 12 January 2024. Any tender submitted either manually or by email will not be accepted.
