Notice Description
Financial appraisal toolkit. The toolkit is used to calculate the net present value (NPV) of individual projects and determine whether a scheme can be considered viable based on agreed development parameters. Appraisal reports are provider to aid decision making and are a key component of the HRA's governance procedure for its new build construction projects.
