It will bring G6s together from dispersed locations and help them build relationships and operate effectively as a team. MCA does not have the internal resource to cover the requirement themselves. The requirement has been sourced from Lot 6 - Learning Design and Subject Matter Expertise and Coaching of the Learning and Development (RM6145) framework.
