Notice Description

Birmingham Property Services is seeking a suitably qualified organisation to assist in the joint marketing and letting of void industrial properties. The contract will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year subject to funding being available and satisfactory performance and will commence on 1 August 2018. Award will be based on the evaluation criteria stated in the quotation pack. Registration and use of in-tend is free. All correspondence for this procurement process must be via the in-tend correspondence function. If you are unable to register with in-tend please email cps@birmingham.gov.uk or call 0121 464 8000. If you are interested in tendering please click on the following link to access Birmingham City Council's tender portal: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/birminghamcc/ and submit your details to register as a bidder. We will send you a log on and password so you can download the Invitation to Quote. Your completed Quote should be returned by 12 noon on Friday 20 July 2018 using the Supplier Portal.
