Notice Description

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Lincolnshire (PCC) is looking to appoint a contractor for the provision of an Integrated Restorative Justice Service. Restorative processes bring those harmed by crime or conflict, and those responsible for the harm, into communication, enabling everyone affected by a particular incident to play a part in repairing the harm and finding a positive way forward. This is a competitive procurement conducted in accordance with the Open Procedure, under the Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament, as implemented by The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 Statutory Instrument 2015 No. 102. The initial contract will be for the period 1st April 2017 to 31st March 2019 with two options to extend for one period of 12 months each, at the sole discretion of the PCC. The deadline for submitting a tender response for this requirement will be 1200hrs on Monday 19th December 2016.
