GB-Leeds: Z/3569 Plantroom Works To Maurice Keyworth Building
Notice Description
The project comprises works to Plantroom in Maurice Keyworth Building. The project comprises the removal and replacement of 4no. gas-fired boilers; the installation of 2no. new gas-fired water heaters; upgrade of the control panel; installation of new pipework, new pressurisation unit, expansion vessels, a new ENWA unit; and, the installation of a new solenoid valve on to the incoming mains gas supply. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
