Notice Title

PAN1798 - Recycling campaign - Delivery of leaflet and orange bags

Notice Description

Leicester City Council (the Authority) invites quotations for the provision of a delivery service of orange recycling bags and leaflets, to encourage the residents of Leicester to recycle more. Leicester City Council is planning at least one citywide communications campaign in 2018, which focuses on c106, 349 households which recycle using the orange bag service (we have an additional 26,315 households which have access to communal waste and recycling facilities). These campaigns are designed to engage, educate and reinvigorate residents who may have stopped recycling and to encourage those who do recycle to recycle more items. A communications campaign may consist of numerous different elements, including advertising, social media, and a web presence, however, residents still need to be engaged directly through a door drop of key information; this may include a leaflet as well as a new roll of orange recycling bags. The proposed contract will be for 13 months. We anticipate awarding to a single Supplier.
