The Council wishes to have a framework in place for the supply of civil enforcement and associated workwear, which call off orders can be made from as and when required. There needs to be a standard offering that covers the majority of the Council's requirements, although there may well be specialist or non-standard workwear required in addition to the core list of items. The contract will principally be used by the Communities and Neighbourhood service. Other services across the Council may use the contract periodically.
