Notice Description

Portsmouth City Council ('the council') is inviting tenders from suitably qualified suppliers to supply and deliver spring and summer bedding plants; and to collect, plant, establish and deliver floral planters. The council is targeting to have awarded the contract by 1st September 2023 with a subsequent commencement date of 1st November 2023 (at which point the first order will be placed for the first delivery in May 2024). The estimated value of the contract is PS25,000 per annum. The initial Contract period will be for 3 years with possibility of extending the term by a further 2 years to a maximum total term of 5 years in increments to be agreed, subject to the agreement and performance of both parties.
