WCC Development Team has a requirement for hoarding (secure fencing) around vacant sites; Carlton Dene and Westmead. This is to prevent unauthorised access, vandalism and general anti-social behaviour as an interim solution and in preparation for future demolition works. Contract is required for a period of 6 weeks.
