Notice Description

Sandwell & West Birmingham CCG are holding an Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday 14 September 2017 at 6:30pm. (Doors open at 6:00pm). The event will be held at The Richardson Suite, West Bromwich Albion Football Ground, Birmingham Rd, West Bromwich, West Midlands B71 4LF. We do hope that you are able to join us to: * Hear about our work over the last 12 months * Speak to our GPs, staff and patient representatives and find out how you can get involved in our work * Share your experiences of local health services. Please note, there will be a future market place event looking at the CCGs Commissioning Intentions. This AGM will be focused on Primary Care. Light refreshments will be served. If you are interested in attending this event, please book a place by contacting the engagement team on 0121 612 1447 or via email at: SWBCCG.engagement@nhs.net. Our AGMs are very popular therefore, bookings will be taken on a first come, first served basis and places must be booked in advance of the event. So, book early to avoid disappointment!
