Summary of the contracting process

The Liverpool City Council is conducting a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social Care Transport, aimed at providing taxi services for eligible children and young people, as well as adults with special needs. The service requirement is to provide taxi transport services for eligible Children and Young People, and Adults. The passengers that use this service for example will be children with special education needs or children who are looked after by the authority or classed as vulnerable. This will be split into three services under one sole category: SEN Transport Social Care Transport Social Inclusion Transport Additional information: Suppliers can apply to be part of this Framework at any time until May 2021. Contracts will be awarded throughout the duration of this DPS.
