Notice Description

The call-off contract shall commence on the 22nd June 2026 and the expiry date will be 21st June 2027 for a period of Twelve (12) months with the option to extend by a further Twelve (12) months.The total contract value will be up to PS100,000.00 excluding VAT. This Direct Award is being offered under RM6360 Legal Panel for Government, Lot 5: Rail Legal Services Framework and the Panel Terms and Conditions shall apply 1. Purpose of this Variation This Contract Notice serves to formally extend the duration of the existing Call-Off Contract between the Authority and Supplier. The Terms and Conditions of Contract as previously agreed and amended between the Parties still apply but with the following amendments: a. The Contract is varied to incorporate the updated wording contained within Schedule 20 (Call-Off Specification). The revised Schedule 20 attached to this Variation Notice shall replace the existing Schedule 20 in its entirety with effect from 1 st July 2026. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain unchanged.
