The City of London Corporation (the City) invites Tenders for the provision of Barking Power Station - Barking Power Station - Water Tunnels Pump Test. The requirements for the initial pump test and inspection of the Barking Power Station cooling water system tunnels. The purpose is to: - To assess the rate of water infiltration into the cooling water intake tunnel and outfall tunnel - To visually inspect the condition of the cooling water intake tunnel and outfall tunnel - The pump test and inspection are to evaluate the safety of man- entry into the tunnels Additional information: Please find the tender at the below link.
