Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) is undertaking the conversion of an existing redundant agricultural building at its Vinters Park Crematorium site to a cafe & florists' facility along with the extension of the cloister and refurbishment and modernisation of the patio / pool area. These 3 projects are being let as a single package of work. Key Dates and Timeline: Tender release: 3rd of June 2024 Expression of Interest Deadline: 12:00pm 24th of June 2024 Deadline for submission of completed tenders: 12:00pm 1st of July 2024 Evaluation: w/c 1st of July 2024 Appointment of contractor: w/c TBC
