***** THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION ***** This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the CCS RM6126 DPS Framework Brief Description of Requirement The UK Space Agency is seeking analysis and advice to inform decisions around the design and implementation of a new UK programme to engage business. Work is at an early stage and the task is to present analysis of the underlying market failure which hinders the use of space data and applications by other sectors of the economy beyond space, the trade-offs and brief feasibility assessments of different interventions to correct this failure, and provide a range of options and recommendations for different approaches to a programme.
