Notice Description
***This is NOT a call for competition, this is an award notice for a call off contract following further competition on the CCS RM6018 Market Research DPS*** The overall objective for this piece of work will be to design, develop and implement a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework for the SST project. The central aim of impact evaluation will be to identify the actual difference that this funded activity has made. More specifically, what are the longer-term impacts and benefits associated with it.
