Notice Description

The purpose of this advert is to invite potential providers to a pre-procurement market engagement event. Leicestershire County Council's Children and Family Service is planning to procure a 'wrap around' therapeutic service for 8 -18 year old Looked after Children and Young People. The aim of the service is to reduce the number of looked after children in residential provision repatriating those young people living in residential care and preventing others moving into residential care. The service might also provide post placement psychological work with young people . This service will be known as Multi-Disciplinary Intensive Support Team Leicestershire (MISTLE). We would like to invite interested providers to an information event to find out more about the service and the planned procurement process. The event is being held on Thursday 12 October 2017 from 2.00pm to 3.00pm in Glenfield, Leicester. Details of the venue will be confirmed on booking. If your organisation would like to send a delegate to this event, please respond via email to umar.sheikh@leics.gov.uk by 10th October 2017 with the following information for each delegate: First name Last name Role in organisation Email address Contact telephone Special access requirements (if any) Places are limited to a maximum of two delegates per organisation and will be allocated on a "first come first served" basis.
