Notice Description

This contract is for the refurbishment of a local authority park football changing rooms and includes the extension of the building to provide external toilets. The project comprises the following works to the existing football changing rooms: * to renovate and upgrade of the roof mounted water storage tank enclosure, * upgrade existing roof coverings, * repair of perished parapet and other brickwork * construction of a new toilet extension to one side of the football change room * Refurbishment of internal fittings and fixtures electrical and plumbing works. * Supply and installation of security fencing. Additional information: This tender must be returned by NOON on Friday 24th March 2017 in a plain envelope with the attached Tender Envelope label stuck to it, failure to do so may nullify the application and this must be devoid of any advertising or company names on it. The contracted work will be overseen by our consultant Mr Philip Cooper BSc FRICS MScCHE CEnv Building Surveyors email philipjcooper374@btinternet.com Telephone 01926 691102 Mobile 07740 661866 Any technical queries about the work should be discussed with him; site visits can be arranged through him or via Banbury Town Council Hard copies of the documentation can be obtained from the Town Council Offices at the Town Hall if advanced notification is made 48 hours (i.e. 2 working days) beforehand.
