Advice on expenses management systems
Notice Description
ORR is looking to engage a consultant to undertake a review of our current expenses system and provide costed options for an a replacement. Background: we wish to replace the current paper-based expenses management system with a new electronic system, which will streamline processes and reduce the risk of error. The ORR finance team processes around 1,400 claims a year for 250 individuals, with a value of around PS250,000, coded to 28 accounts. All claims are paid in sterling. We are looking to automate the process as much as possible, making it more user-friendly for all staff, and less labour-intensive for the finance team. Additional information: Prospective bidders should note the submission dates/times for uploading clarification questions and proposals that have been set out in the ITT. Prospective bidders must not attempt to contact any member of ORR in relation to this project directly other than the names contact for this notice.
