Notice Description

1. The Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) is utilising their Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to award a contract to a Contractor, to deliver the construction of a rollback construction project for the British Embassy in Copenhagen. FCDO are looking reduce the amount of secure zone space in order to create a larger available working area, due to the increasing demand for non-secure workspaces. This working area is to include hot desks, meeting rooms, a premier conference room, tea point facilities and dynamic working spaces. A RIBA Stage 2 Concept Design has been completed for the works and construction, at this stage, is estimated at PS500,000. The aim of this EOI, is to commission Design and Build construction for RIBA Stages 4 and 5.
