Notice Description

The requirement is for a Managing Agent to provide a bespoke management service for NHS England South East Community Pharmacies' returned / unwanted medicines service contracts and for non-delegated Clinical Commissioning Groups' (CCG) General Practitioner (GP) Clinical Waste service contracts. This contract is to support the work undertaken by the NHS England appointed Clinical Waste service providers (Suppliers), NHS England and NHS England South East for all Community Pharmacies across Kent, Surrey and Sussex, and for the Clinical Waste services required by the GPs in the three non-delegated CCGs (Crawley, East Surrey and South Downs). This procurement is for the South East however we reserve the right to allow other Contracting Authorities to access this arrangement on a first come first served basis up to the maximum value stated in the contract notice. The estimated total value of purchases for the entire duration of the framework agreement is estimated to be within the range of PS500,000-PS2,500,000. The total value of the South East procurement is anticipated to be in the region of PS500,000 for the maximum total duration of the contract.
