NOTE: This notice was updated on 07 November 2018 for the following reason: Full contract title provided as well as the opportunity Access Code: Gen_18_15 Telephone Interview Service (Trainee Selection). Access Code: 4XHPB7M7AP(The National Audit Office (NAO) scrutinises public spending for Parliament. Our public audit perspective helps Parliament hold government to account and improve public services. The NAO require a suitably experienced provider to deliver a total of circa 350 telephone interviews to graduate and school leaver who apply to the NAO's chartered accountancy training scheme. The provider shall follow a prescribed interview framework, and shall provide the NAO with the completed assessments (ratings by competency, overall pass/fail and brief comments) for each candidate.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
