Surface Carriageway Road Planing across two Lots: Lot A - For all measured area surface Carriageway Planing Works. For Lot B - For all Dayworks requirements: Lot B1) Cold Planing Machine - 0.35m Lot B2) Cold Planing Machine - 0.50m Lot B3) Cold Planing Machine - 1.00m Lot B4) Cold Planing Machine - 1.20m/1.50m Lot B5) Cold Planing Machine - 2.00m/2.10m Lot B6) Cold Planing Machine - 3.20m Supplier Information day - 10.00am Friday 8th November 2019 All Tenderers are recommended to attend, however it's not mandatory to bid. Please confirm who will be representing your organisation (name and status) at least 24 hours before the meeting to mike.davies@lancashire.gov.uk .The tender briefing will take place at; Committee Room C (The Duke of Lancaster Room) County Hall Pitt Street Preston. Additional information: Lot B rates can be annually adjusted by mini-competition. Supplier Information day - 10.00am Friday 8th November 2019 All Tenderers are recommended to attend, however it's not mandatory to bid.
