YTHT wishes to commission a service for condition monitoring for long term long term conditions e.g. Glaucoma and Macula and for patients requiring assessment including pre and post-operative follow up. The clinical decision making will remain the responsibility of YTHT. YTHT wishes to conduct pre market engagement to meet with potential suppliers to understand market capability.
