GB-Colchester: Windows & Doors
Notice Description
Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to undertake Planned replacements of windows and doors to tenanted and leasehold properties in the Borough of Colchester. Full details of our requirements can be obtained in the associated supporting tender documents. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The contract will initially be for 1 year from 1st April 2022-31st March 2023. There is an option to extend the contract for up to 36 months, subject to satisfactory performance.
