Crown Commercial Service (CCS), as the Contracting Authority, is putting in place a Framework Agreement for the supply of Utilities Management Software, Metering and Ancillary Services provisions for all utilities (including but not limited to gas, electricity, water & liquid fuels). This is for Central Governement organisations and the wider public sector across the UK, including Northern Ireland. The duration of the Framework Agreement is for two (2) year period with an option to extend by a one (1) year plus one (1) further year period.
