Sydney Gardens Project - Cost Consultancy
Notice Description
Bath & North East Somerset Council (BANES) wishes to appoint a single provider for the provision of cost consultancy services. The provider must have Chartered Quantity Surveyors (RICS) who have the appropriate skills and experience of assessing costs for architectural and landscape schemes within a heritage conservation context. The overall scope of this tender is to provide RIBA Stage 4, 5, and 6: Technical Design Development, Tender Package for contractors to bid for the construction of the scheme, Construction Period, Defects Liability to Handover. Full details and a specification are included in the Invitation to Quote document which can be downloaded from the Supplying the Southwest procurement portal at https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk/. (Search for Reference No. DN407990 To submit your tender, please complete the Invitation To Quote document and submit it, along with any other relevant information to support your tender via the Supplying the South West portal on or before 12 noon on 22/05/2019.
