Notice Description

This opportunity is for the management of a 77 bedded Nursing Home with a 35 bed block of Nursing/ Dementia Nursing beds for use by Hertfordshire County Council. The provider will need to obtain and maintain CQC registration for a care home which covers Nursing and Dementia Nursing Care. As the home will be dual registered for both nursing and residential care the non block beds can be Residential or Nursing. This procurement process is a two stage process and you will only be invited to tender if you have been successful at the Selection Questionnaire (SQ) stage. If you wish to be considered you must complete and submit a completed SQ by the Closing date and time Submissions cannot be uploaded after the closing date/time. Suppliers wishing to take part in this project are invited to 'express interest' which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system. To be considered as a Bidder you must complete and submit a Bid by the deadline of 12.00 Noon on 24th June 2019 Any questions relating to this procurement must be made via correspondence on the website, in accordance with the procurement documents and can be addressed to the main contact as shown in the details above.
