This Scheme will involve the construction of a car park on the old Blakewater Lodge site and will encompass the following works: * Site clearance * Reprofiling of site * Excavation of acceptable material and reuse on site where feasible, or remove off site to tip. * Provide and install surface water drainage inc inspection Chamber and connection to sewer. * Provide and install surface water channels * Provide and install kerblines, * Provide and install street lighting inc ducting and chambers * Construction of car parking area using flexible materials * Installation of road markings * Provide and install height barrier * Traffic management * Disposal of any materials removed as part of the works
