Notice Description

The project is located at Home Farm in the grounds of the Temple Newsam House, a property operated by Leeds City Council from which specialist subject teaching is delivered by Leeds City College. The refurbishment of the old potting shed, includes 4 rooms and a corridor. Converting 2 rooms into animal rooms for the students to study in. All equipment for the animals are being ordered and installed by a specialist supplier however works comprising internal alterations, conversion of rooms, decoration, flooring, electrical works and some external works. Additional information: Delivery Notes Tenders should preferably be returned electronically using the portal detailed above. However, if you prefer you may return your tender in hard copy. This should be sent to: Procurement Team Leeds City College University Centre Park Lane Leeds LS3 1AA If you submit your tender in hard copy, your envelope must NOT display your name or address. If a courier is delivering the tender for you, please make sure that they do not label or mark the envelope with anything which will identify you. Please make sure that any additional packaging is clearly identified as containing a tender. If you do use a courier, please ensure that they know the exact location of the College site to which the tender should be delivered. Leeds City College cannot be held responsible for the late arrival of tenders due to misunderstanding or unavoidable delay.
