Home Support for Norfolk Third Re-opening
Notice Description
Norfolk County Council is re-opening the Framework Agreement for the provision of Home Support Services in Norfolk. The Framework Agreement is used to arrange both individual packages and multiple packages of care. The Council will work with successful providers to optimise efficiency and reduce unmet need wherever possible. The expectation is that successful providers will work collaboratively to facilitate this. Additional information: You will need to register on In-tend This procurement will be managed electronically via the Council's e-procurement system. To participate in this procurement, applicants must first be registered on the system at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/norfolkcc. Full instructions for registration and use of the system can be found at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/norfolkcc/aspx/BuyerProfiles. Once registered you will be able to see the procurement project under the 'tenders' section and 'express an interest' to view the documentation. If you encounter any difficulties whilst using the system you can contact the In-tend support team by phoning +44 8442728810 or e-mailing support@in-tend.co.uk.All correspondence and clarifications will be issued via In-Tend. Please make sure your details are correct and that you check the system regularly. We advise adding a second person or a team to your In-Tend account for contingency. Any internal reviewers such as board members, trustees or partners who may raise issues must be engaged early to ensure points of clarification and any commercial issues that may affect your bid can be raised with us by the clarification date.
