Notice Description

The National Audit Office is looking to obtain the view of an independent expert with civil engineering costing expertise, in respect of the appropriateness of costing rates for different road types. This is to support our 2019-20 audit work on Highways England and there is a hard deadline for a final report by late May 2020, with earlier delivery preferred.. Please download the RfQ for details. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Quotations are to be submitted electronically, via BiP's Delta e-sourcing portal which can be accessed at www.delta-esourcing.com, to arrive no later than 24 March 2020 at 12 noon. Completed quotations may be submitted at any time before the closing date.
