he NFCC's portfolio management function are undertaking market engagement in relation to a tender process to procure the services of a consultant to prepare a Quality Assurance Framework. The requirement will be broken down in stages and it is envisaged that one supplier may deliver the Discover & Delivery, and a separate supplier would deliver the ongoing support services, however, this is approach will be informed by this market engagement activity: Stage 1 Discovery Stage 2 Delivery Stage 3 Ongoing Support The purpose of this initial market engagement is to obtain a range of costs & options which will feature in a briefing paper to key stakeholders, in order to inform decisions concerning budget, prior to formally tendering this opportunity. This market engagement activity will close at midnight on Friday 29th April. This procurement opportunity will be completed via the Kent Business Portal - ProContract electronic Tendering suite, a site run by ProActis.
