Colchester Borough Homes on behalf of Colchester Borough Council, require a suitably qualified contractor to remove all existing weatherboarding and battens to the existing roof and replace with new built-up felt roof covering on plywood decking to include additional insulation as detailed in the specification at the Oak Tree Centre in Colchester. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The closing date for expressing your interest is Friday 26th May 2017. The tender must be submitted no later than 12:00 (noon) on Wednesday 31st May 2017.
