Evidence to present the cost (in terms of houses required to be redeveloped) and benefits (in terms of new town centre and residential floorspace delivered) of 6 new routes connecting Wood Green High Rd and the Heartlands industrial area. Outputs will consist of imagery and statistical figures to identify the floorspace uplift possible for a range of routes and levels of intervention. Additional information: The Council's Procurement procedures were carried out in order to request a minimum of 3 quotes to make the contract award. Five practices were invited to tender of which two high quality tenders were submitted.
