Notice Description

Birmingham City Council requires a provider for the provision of Health and Social Care sector specific training to support the delivery of the WoW project objectives. This contract requires the delivery of demand led health and social care training level to meet participant's needs on the WoW project. Health and Social Care Sector Training: Demand led Health and Social Care sector specific training for unemployed or inactive WoW participants linked to employment opportunities within the health and social care sector, across all social care settings, including in residential care homes, primary care services, domiciliary care, day services and assisting supported living. This contract will deliver a flexible programme of training focussing on supporting unemployed and inactive participants into the health and social care sector across Birmingham and Solihull. Training must be delivered in a number of accessible venues across Birmingham and Solihull where demand is identified. The training provision must not duplicate/replace existing mainstream provision. This contract will be for a period of 9 months commencing 01 December 2019 until 30 September 2020, subject to compliance and satisfactory performance. Registration and use of in-tend is free. All correspondence for this procurement process must be via the in-tend correspondence function.
