Provide support to establish a Transforming Care Partnership (TCP) to implement "Building the right support - A national plan to develop community services and close inpatient facilities" for people with a learning disability and/or autism who display behaviours that challenges, including those with a mental health condition. This plan will cover the LA and health economies of Telford & Wrekin and Shropshire. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
