Notice Description

Prima wish to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake kitchen and bathroom renewals in Prima Wirral properties, plus a number of boiler replacements. Full details related to the scope of services to be procured are included within Document B - Tender Requirements and Specification. It is intended that the contract established following the procurement will run for an initial term of two years, extendable for a further term of two years via annual extensions. Any extension will be at the discretion of Prima. The estimated contract value is c. PS665k (exc VAT) per annum, however this is subject to amendment based on individual property surveys. Prima will utilise a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 with amendments, as detailed within Document E1 and Document E2.
