The Leaders Programme has proven to provide a unique opportunity for council leaders (including mayors) to develop their own capacity, knowledge and networks, as well as to lead change within the sector. The programme will be facilitated throughout, with the supplier's chosen facilitators taking responsibility for the design and delivery of the modular programme, with input from the LGA's Principal Adviser for Leadership Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
