Notice Description

Refurbishment of c. 20 large windows at the Basset Centre in Camborne, Cornwall (total area of windows to be refurbished is approximately 120m2). The windows are a mix of timber sash and ironwork in stone mullions and are in a poor state from lack of maintenance and improper historic repair techniques. A full schedule of repairs is to be identified in a detailed programme to allow a sequenced decant of occupants in the rooms affected. This programme is to be agreed with the Supervisor prior to commencement.
