Notice Description
To enable an efficient, cost effective response to the development need, the Council is implementing two complementary framework agreements: a Professional Services framework agreement, with 5 Lots (for Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Structural Engineers, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers and Property Management Consultants (this project)); and a Construction Contractors framework agreement with 5 Lots depending on either project works value or the specialism required.
